Symantec DLP 12 incident not found

Hi All,

Environment:

DLP Single tier 12.0 on RHEL 5.7 (Installed successfully)

Agent:

Windows 7 x64

I have installed DLP single tier fresh and created a detection policy which is successfully triggered on endpoint agent but the problem is I am not able to see any incident on Web Console of DLP Server.

However I checked the in linux server “/tmp” mount point whenever I violate a rule I receive I file named like “jed******.tmp”

Please help me out.
