USB Thumb Drive Encryption Queries

Hi all,

I am going to deploy PGP WDE for my client. And they would like to ask for some features

1. They want to encrypt the USB and allow all users to use it within the organzation, is it possible to add a user group key in WDE? If no, do you have any ideas as a workaround?
2. They need whole disk encryption for USB thumb drive, but would like to allow some USB that can use outiside the organization / machine that have no Symantec Encryption Desktop installed. PGP portable is not an option as they want to use WDE for all their thumb drive and able to allow the thumb drive to use outside the organization if necessary

Please advise for the questions.
