I need a solution
Hi,
Allthough I believe anti-spam is not a feature of Symantec Endpoint Protection SB Edition 2013 we see that after installing the software a new Outlook add-in is installed named "Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin"
This plugin is probably the cause of some e-mails going to the spam folder, with the infobar:
”This message was marked as spam using a junk filter other than the Outlook Junk E-mail filter.”
In the portal, there's a feature named Email Security (laptop, desktop only). Does enabling this, have direct impact on this Norton anti-spam plugin?
Our Office 365 logging does not list the marked e-mail's so I'm suspecting the plugin to do additional, unwanted, filtering
Thanks for the info,
Dennis
