We have been experiencing issues within the SEP Management Console on a VM Windows Server 2007 SP2.
The current version for the SEP Management Console is: 11.0.4
The issue is that the latest Symantec version (Currently: 2014-08-20 rev. 002) wont update the latest Manager version (Currently: 2014-08-10 rev. 001)
This is also causing issues for the clients connected to the SEP Management Console as they have only received the latest manager set of definitions - hence they are out of date, dating back to 2014-08-10 rev.001
Myself and another colleague have been investigating the issue and we have found that we need to upgrade the SEP Management Console, but we are unsure of the proccess and how to do this.
Could anyone please advise on a way to fix this issue?
