Wouldn't it be a great idea to shut down a client after having performed a virus scan?
The main idea is that customers have to undergo several scans throughout the week, short ones on a daily basis and one complete scan at least once a week. As a complete scan requires some more resources on the client and will interfere with the normal work a customer has to do those complete scans should be planned at times when no customer is using the client. Therefore those scans will be set for after work or shortly before a customer stops working. In this case the client will perform the scan and - still runs, the whole night until the next day.
So now the idea was born to give a job the possibility to shut down the client after having performed the virus scan. This should be a choice for administrators to decide when planning the scan.
