Large file encrypted by Endpoint Encryption could not be decryped

The size of the file I used to encrypted by Endpoint Encryption is about 25GB.
Today I find it cannot be decrypted with no detail massage from Endpoint Encryption, but other smaller encrypted files could be successfully decrypted.
Why? Is there any requirement about the memory size of the computer? Could I have any solution to decrypt such a file which I encrypted?
