Hi all,
[ Import .cer certificate to PGP Encryption Management Server failed ]
We used the PGP Drive Encryption on client computers managed by PGP Encryption Management Server (primary and cluster) .
(primary and cluster)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PGP Encryption Management Server 01 name > PGP01.xxx.com
PGP Encryption Management Server 01 name > PGP02.xxx.com
F5 server load balance configuration name > PGP.xxx.com
If we want to let the certificate correct, how can we give the certificate name?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We created the client install package, the Encryption Management Server name used the PGP.xxx.com .
We gave the certificate request (csr) to the customer.
The customer can only give the .cer file back to us.
We can not import the .cer certificate into Encryption Management Server ,because it only accepted the .pfx or .p12 file type.
We tried to convert the cer to pfx,but it need the private key.
How can we get the private key?
Thanks a lot.
