SEP.cloud agent update

I just ran the Endpoint Summary report for all of my clients.

After cleaning up the "garbage" entries of inactive computers, I found that only 30 computers have been updated to 21.5.0.19.  I still have 54 computers that are running 20.4.0.40!

I realize that the update notice went out on 10/1/2014, but what do I have to do to get this update completed across all of my clients?
