I need a solution
Dear all,
we are running smart connect clients at all our pcs. Currently in the recommended configuration with a client side proxy at each location (squid). These proxies are entered as upstream proxy in the agentconfigure.xml.
when the user is offlan, smartconnect automatically connects to the xx.webscanning.. service to filter traffic.
how can i achieve the same thing being onlan?
So i want to get rid of the client side proxys and let the clients connect directly to the symantec cloud infrastructure.
if i delete all upstream proxys in the xml and am onlan, the client is not filtering any more, only when i'm offlan.
any ideas?
