Getting multiple Communication error alert

Hi Team,

i am using symentec Data loss prvention 11.6.1,whenever i am saving the policy i am getting below alert.

Kindly Help.

Code: 2600 

Summary: Communication error 

Detail     Unexpected error occurred while sending Policy_C updates to network_prevent_for_mail:filereader.
Shipment task has exceeded maximum idle time of 540,000 milliseconds!
Please look at the monitor controller logs for more information.
