I need a solution
We have SEPM 12.1 RU1 Manager installed on a Windows XP machine, we tried to copy the .jdb file to C:\Program Files\Symantec \Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\content \incoming.
It was working fine until recently we have noticed that the .jdb file is generating a .jdb.err file
What does this error mean? How do i solve it?
