SEP 12 RU4 Management Console Access

We are providing several administrators with SEPM access. What report or database query can I use do determine how often they are accessing thier accounts, i.e. no point in giving access only for people to not use it. So far, we only scrub accounts that haven't been used in a year. Thanks.
