Questions on PGP Password sync in AD

I need a solution

Hi All

Good day! I have questions regarding PGP Password Sync in AD

1.) Why is it when I try to change password via CTRL+ALT+DEL the password won't sync with PGP? still needs the old passphrase. Then and error occurs after logging in, PGP SSO then below is switch user.Changing password is critical in our side, since we do change password every 90 days.

I've tried editing the policy encryption of disks to existing Windows Single Sign-On password is set to ALLOW then I change it to FORCE. Any thoughts?

2.) When the user is loocked in Active Directory, the user can't log in windows, Does it also affect the PGP sign in? We've run a test environment here, the user is already locked in windows, but PGP Still accepts its passphrase and logged into windows. (My Wild guess is that the user CAN'T LOGGED in to PGP)

3.) What if the user request for password reset in Active Directory, will the new password sync to PGP?

4.) How many times I can use the WDRT?

Many Thanks to All, need replies ASAP

Thanks
