Totally disabling Symantec Endpoint Protection to start on Windows 8.1 ?

How can I disable the Symantec Endpoint Protection service from start using the Windows 8.1 Services console ?

I'm using SEP client stand alone v12.1.5337.5000.105 but somehow I cannot disable the start-up mode.

Stopping the service using Start | Run "smc -stop" is not enough to stop it entirely.

The reason I try to stop it entirely is that I'm trying to play games using a "trainer" aplication which is always quarantined by SEP client no matter how fast I click on Ignore or restore, it is always picked up again as Trojan.Gen.2
