Error after upgrading to SEPM 12.1.5

I need a solution

We are having a problem after trying to upgrade to SEPM 12.1.5. After upgrading to 12.1.5 we are getting the following error when trying to launch SEPM:

Failed to Connect to Server.

Make sure that the server is running and your session has not timed out.

If you can reach the server but cannot log on, make sure that you provided the correct parameters.

If you are experiencing network issues, contact your system administrator. Errorcode: 0x8002000

We have a support ticket # 08237634 and they have been less than useless.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch but we get the same error. We have tried installing on a different Win7 & win2008R2 server and both install fine.

Has anyone seen this error before? We have an audit coming up and we need to get past this error. Support has been dragging this out for 3 weeks and refuses to escalate the ticket, so we are hoping someone here might have a solution.
