I need a solution
I'm following this procedure for auto upgrading clients from SEP 12.1.4 to 12.1.5 http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH96789
My question is, against point 5 it says "In the Select Client Install Package panel, select the appropriate client installation package, and click Next."
What do I do if my group has a mixture of 32 & 64 bit Windows clients? Do I need to separate them into respective 32/64-bit groups, or can I apply multiple installation packages against a group and it will automatically determine which one to use?
