I need a solution
I have installed PGP desktop encryption on two other hard drives with no problem (both running XP SP3). This last hard drive is giving me problems. As I begin the installation of PGP and the next step is to pick a language, I select english and click OK. Then it should begin installation of PGP, but it doesn't. What I'm getting is a pop-up window of windows installer?! So, I thought maybe the MSI installer is outdated, so I update it to version 4.5 and still the same thing. Has anyone seen this? My other two hard drives didn't do this.
