SEP 11Ru7Mp2 GUP status on showing "False" but port is working

SEP 11 GUP RU7MP2 is displayed inside the console as having the Group Update Provider = "False", yet the port 2967 is open and the shared update folder is showing with updates.Why is this happening to some of the GUP's displayed inside the console ? There are some where the GUP = "True"
