user file renamed as .DOCX.sirjaki

Dear All,

Kindly help me on below mentioned details.

I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 On my Server Machine i.e. Windows erver 2003 R2. Today Afternoon all the users file become renamed automatically as for ex. tag.docx renamed as tag.DOCX.sirjaki. which includes word, Excel, Powerpoint, .dbx, .pst files. 

Kindly update me if any body is having any solution to recover. Also i have logged the case with Symantec Support The case id is : 08603329

But as per support they are analysing the issue.
