Service Account Password Reset Data Collection Fails

I need a solution

Just reset our service account and now the Data Collection jobs fail.

Error Message is - 

“ServerName: MQE Failure = MQEQuery::ExecuteStartQuery: Access is denied. Context Information: MQEQuery::ExecuteStartQuery: Unable to make network call (Ping) on Master Query Engine CONTROLCS which reports on........”

Running CCS 10.5.1 

Server 2003 

All steps for password were conducted.
