DLP integration with Bluecoat SSL inspection appliance

Hi,

We are integrating the Bluecoat SSL visibility appliance with Symantec DLP product. The SSL packets are successfully getting decrypted and passed to DLP system however DLP system is unable to pickup the traffic / create incidents based on the string deifned in the policy.

Can somebody throw light on how to configure the network interfacec on the DLP server to capture the decrypted SSL traffic received from the Bluecoat SSL appliance. What are the necessary configuration settings that needs to be defined in the network monitor packet capture software.
